"Today I dived head first into introducing group roles to the P5 class. They had not encountered them before. I had to devise Gaelic titles/terms that were suitable and meaningful… We genuinely love to keep in touch with people that we meet during our events and on our travels. Recently we received an email describing the moment that a P5 class in a Gaelic Medium school were introduced to Team Roles and asked to use them to support their collaborative working.
Thank you to Marion Macleod from Bun Sgoil Taobh na Pàirce (Edinburgh) for permission to share the Gaelic terminology she uses for 'Team Roles'. Recorder - neach clàraidh Time keeper - neach na h-ùine Quality checker - neach ìre na h-obrach Facilitator - neach brosnachaidh Resources - neach stuth Reporter - neach-labhairt We know that Marion would love to hear from anyone else, especially if you are working in a Gaelic Medium setting. So, please keep the emails coming… :-) lynne.singlestepslearning@gmail.com andrew.singlestepslearning@gmail.com
